This contract is valid for One (1) year.
Under this contract Karik will at all times ensure that the client’s ;
Telephone Systems – PBX, Voice mail, Call accounting, Call centers, VoIP
Networking – LAN and WAN, Switching, Routing and Wireless Access
IP and Analog Surveillance
Burglar Alarm Systems
Paging Systems
Intercom Systems
Structured Cabling – CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7, Certification
Fire Alarm Systems
Access Control/ Time and Attendance Systems,
Is kept in good working order and shall endeavor to respond to all service calls within twenty-four (24) to forty eight (48) hours of contact. Failure to respond within this time will result in the service being rendered free of charge to the client.
